1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver all over India through trusted courier partners. Whether you're in a metro city or a remote town, we’ll reach you!

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

  • Metro cities: 4–6 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 6–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or high demand.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pincodes with an additional charge of ₹40.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email to track your shipment status on the courier partner’s website.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
